Delivery with warming instructions and no service can be provided for $50.00.
If service is provided, service will be billed from two hours before your guests arrive until two hours after they have left. Service is $22 per hour per server. Service is not taxable.
Tables, linens, plates, utensils, glasses, etc., may all be rented through our company. The rental company charges a one-time $60.00 delivery/pickup fee for the Charlotte area. Rental items are taxed at 7.5 percent.

Final payment is due on or before the day of your event, but before set up for your event begins. Prepared food and beverage tax in Mecklenburg County is 8.5%. A gratuity will be added to the final food and beverage cost if full service is provided.

New South Croque Monsieur (The traditional Croque Monsieur are farm bread sandwiches grilled to buttery perfection stuffed with melted Gruyere and Ham – They are sold on the streets in France along with their cousin, the Crouque Madame, an open faced version) ours is made with NC country ham and just a touch of Mayonnaise
