Baked Brie $3.00 pp Brie baked in puff pastry with raspberry & fig. Served with assorted crackers
Early summer vegetable display with an assortment of flatbreads garnished with early summer fruits $3.25 per person

Pre-set salad of Romaine, red lettuce, salted grape tomatoes, peppered strawberries, raspberry and walnut dressing $3.25

Silver queen corn soufflé $4.25pp, a NC perennial favorite, topped with a roasted red pepper sauce that brightens the plate and the palate!
Sweet potato ravioli in a blue cheese sauce $4.50 pp, topped with toasted, spiced pecans NC produces more Sweet potatoes than anywhere else in the world and this is a dish anyone, from anywhere, will love – nuts on the side
Beef Tenderloin $14.95 pp Perfectly tender beef, presented with puffy yeast rolls and wheat rolls, coarse Dijon mustard and smoky horseradish mayonnaise. This item will be manned as a carving station
Lemon Chicken Piccatta A delicious blend of tender boneless fried chicken, artichokes, parmesan and lemon. $7.75 per person
Mashed potatoes made with mild garlic, salt, pepper, butter and sour cream. Sided by chives, bacon, cheese and more sour cream. $2.25 per guest
Grilled Vegetables $3.25 pp Squash, zucchini, carrots, mushrooms, onion, beets, sweet potatoes, and asparagus marinated in olive oil garlic and Italian herbs then grilled to perfection.
Prices do not include rental items, service, gratuity or taxes. Rental items are available through our company. Service is $24 per hour per server. The number of servers needed is based on your guest count and your menu. A fifteen percent gratuity is added to your food and beverage costs. Food and beverage tax in Mecklenburg County is 8.25 percent.
